How long will it take to design my website?
In most cases we are able to finish a site within 8 weeks. This is dependent on the size and scope of the project as well as our development queue. We will agree with you a realistic deadline and come up with pricing based on your scope of work.

Will my website be suitable for mobiles and tablets?
When can I see my website?
After you approve the wireframe model in the design phase, you will have viewing access to our development site. You will be able to view the progress of the build throughout the content and development stages. We will have regular meetings with you to answer questions and showcase progress while making sure all parties are aligned.
Do I have to pay for my website upfront?
We do not expect full payment up-front. Depending on the project size and scope we we would normally require a 35% down-payment with the balance paid in full on completion or via a monthly service agreement. All of these options will be presented to you in our proposal document.
Will I have full control of my website and domain?
Can you host my website?
Yes! The majority of our clients take advantage of our great website hosting packages. We take daily backups of your site and have an emergency backup in place if there were ever an issue with the original backup. We also have a staging environment. If you are not familiar, staging is a test environment where we can implement updates and changes to ensure everything works smoothly before rolling out to the live website.
Can I make ongoing changes to my site?
Can you make ongoing changes for me?
Many of our clients use us to manage the ongoing content for their sites. After the deployment of your website, if you have chosen one of our hosting packages we will be able to make any ongoing updates and content edits on your behalf. Many of our packages have this option built in. We can agree the level of ongoing service that you require, and this will be written in to our proposal.
What about SEO? I hear that is important
SEO is very important. We make sure that your basics are intact with the right URL structure. We also optimise title tags and descriptions throughout the site. We conduct any necessary redirects and every site is run through our SEO checklist prior to launch.
How do we get started?
The first step is to set-up an initial consultation with our agency. You can explain your ideas which will allow us to visualise the full scope of the project and we will be able to properly quote the website project for you. Should you decide to move forward, we will send you a full proposal.
Once an agreement is executed, we will assign the staff and time to your account. We typically need 3 business days to make these arrangments and to get prepared on our end. We will then have a project launch meeting and progress the build according to our process and procedures, which will be set out in the proposal.
